Thanks for stopping by!  3G Racing races a M&C Motorsports built 1-1600 car in the highly competitive MORE and SNORE series.  In its seventh year of competition, the team is comprised of Third Generation Off-Road Racers from a family that has been racing together, and at times against each other, for over 25 years. 

While based on Type I VW suspension and drive train, there are few stock VW parts on a 1600 race car. Even though class rules limit the vehicles to roughly 10-inches of front travel and 15-inches in the rear and a 1600cc VW engine, the 1/2-1600 class provides the most "bang for the buck" in off-road racing.  The rules keep the machines relatively even which makes the racing very tight.
